Clients may cancel digital marketing services (such as SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns, etc.) by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. This ensures that we can adjust our ongoing strategies and campaigns effectively.
For projects with fixed timelines (e.g., website development, one-time campaign setup), cancellations must be requested before significant work has been completed (usually within 5 days of agreement or before the project kickoff). Cancellation after this period will be subject to the terms of the signed agreement.
Cancellation of ongoing monthly services (SEO, PPC, etc.) after the service period has commenced will not result in a refund for any work already completed or in progress for that month.
2. Refunds
Service Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds will not be provided for any work that has already been completed. This includes completed work in areas such as content creation, SEO optimization, ad campaigns, or website updates.
Refunds are available only if no work has commenced after payment, or if the project deliverables are not aligned with the agreed-upon terms, after mutual assessment.
Refunds will not be issued for services where measurable results depend on external platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) as these are subject to algorithms and market factors beyond our control.
Prepaid Services:
For prepaid services (e.g., packages, retainer agreements), any unused services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice, and a prorated refund for the unused portion of the services will be issued.
3. Project Delays
If project delays are caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals, lack of content, etc.), the agreed timelines may be extended. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
